Gary Bryman is the co-founder and CEO of FLWRCRT, a cannabis hardware company building the flower cartridge — a real-flower cartridge that brings whole flower into a convenient, cartridge-based format. He leads brand, category, fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market, and works across product, IP, manufacturing, and retail. FLWRCRT's technology is patent-pending, covering electrically ignited flower cartridges and the broader system for producing consistent real-flower cartridges at scale.

Cannabis hardware isn't new territory for Gary. Before FLWRCRT, he invented and patented SoloPipe — the original all-in-one pipe with an integrated refillable lighter — creating the self-igniting pipe category long before cannabis hardware became a mainstream consumer product. Through Solo Industries, he took it from invention through patent, manufacturing, and market. Both SoloPipe and FLWRCRT solve the same problem he keeps coming back to: making real flower easier, cleaner, and more portable without replacing the flower itself.

That instinct for spotting a new format early and building the commercial system around it comes from a 20-year career before cannabis, as a producer and creative executive across film, television, and digital media — including a USC School of Cinematic Arts degree, a VP of Creative role at Disney, and producing credits ranging from Sony's Boogeyman to Reebok's Cannes Gold Lion–winning "Terry Tate: Office Linebacker." He built companies and products around emerging formats for two decades; FLWRCRT applies that to cannabis.
