Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and options

The shipping options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is currently free on US orders. Rates, carriers, and available options may change over time. The options shown at checkout when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship primarily with USPS. Transit times vary by destination and carrier, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with the carrier first, then contact us at support@flwrcrt.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@flwrcrt.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs, refund timing, and non-returnable items are covered in our Refund Policy.
