FLWRCRT products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or not functioning properly under normal use, FLWRCRT will, at its discretion, replace the product or issue a refund.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or improper handling  

• Normal wear and tear  

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations  

• Failure to follow product instructions

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Except as expressly stated above, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 

Returns 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused Products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@flwrcrt.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@flwrcrt.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
